This tour will give you the chance to learn the secrets of one of the most famous Italian gastronomic speciality: PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE.
Together with the cheesemaker you will discover a masterpiece of the italian artisanal capacity and will learn of to recognize the best Parmesan Cheese. A final tasting accompanied by local wine will delight you.

The tour will continue with the visit of Parma historical city center with its splendid Romanesque Cathedral, frescoed by Correggio, the octagonal Baptistery, a Benedetto Antelami’s architectural and sculptural masterpiece, and finally end with the splendid Baroque Farnese Theater.

A cosy “trattoria” will offer you traditional cooking with fresh hand-made pasta and the typical cold meats and salami that made Parma famous in the world such as “prosciutto (ham) of Langhirano” and “salame di Felino”.
