Day 1:

Welcome to the Airport with our assistant and transfer to Asti for a gourmet lunch in one of the most ancient restaurant of the city. In the afternoon guided walking tour to discover the main tourist attractions of the historical city center of Asti.

Transfer to the “Great Cathedral” wine cellars in Canelli and guided visit of the production of the Asti spumante. In the evening, transfer to Alba, check in and dinner in a beautiful restaurant in Alba famous for its typical cousine based on truffle and mushrooms. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2: 

Today you will experience the truffle hunting in the Monferrato area. A place where you can learn the local traditions and meet the truffle dogs. Overview of typical products: wines, cheeses and truffles varieties. Guided tour of the natural truffles grounds, experiencing a real “truffle picking” along a scenic trail with rest areas. Truffle tasting with local fine wines.
Opportunity of buying genuine truffles strictly picked in the owned grounds.

Transfer to Pollenzo before lunch and visit of the beautiful cellar “Banca del Vino di Pollenzo”. Chance to discover the oenological heritage and taste the wines from some of the most prestigious wineries. Lunch in a famous restaurant nearby.

In the afternoon, transfer to the “Faletti” Barolo Castle for a guided tour and time at disposal for visit the Regional Winery inside the castle.

Dinner in Alba and overnight.

Day 3: 

Transfer to Torino and guided tour of the city center: art and history, city’s museums and palazzos, churches. You will enjoy the beauty of this city, starting from the Roman Gates to the splendid Baroque Palaces, discovering Piazza Castello with the Royal Palace, Palazzo Madama, and the Cathedral. Dinner in a charming restaurant downtown and overnight.

Day 4:

Guided tour of the beautiful Venaria Reale Castle and its gardens. Lunch in the surroundings of Venaria in a Piemontese typical farmhouse.

Departure in the evening.
